Kids don’t always have the words to say "I’m stressed" or "I’m scared." They show us through their behavior and their play. I use a dedicated play space to help children work through big emotions in a way that feels natural and safe for them.

The Goal: To help your child find their footing and give them the tools to handle life’s ups and downs.

For Parents Seeking a Path Forward

Parenting is one of the hardest jobs, and it often brings up our own old stuff. I provide a judgment-free zone where we can look at what’s really happening behind the tantrums or the "shutting down."

The Goal: To help you feel less overwhelmed and more connected to your child.

What to Expect

Therapy with me isn't about me "fixing" you. It’s a collaboration. We’re essentially doing a bit of detective work together to see how your past experiences are influencing your present.

Listening. We start exactly where you are, talking about what’s on your mind today.

Connecting. We look for themes. You might notice that the way you feel at work is the same way you’ve felt in other parts of your life for years.

Integrating. As we name these themes, they start to lose their power over you. You might find you're not reacting as intensely to the things that used to bother you.

Transforming. Eventually, you feel more in the driver’s seat of your own life.
